Recent Almshouse Improvement Works

The Trust's properties require continuous maintenance and refurbishment. Our ongoing improvement programme saw major works being complete in 2021/2 including strengthening and refurbishment the iconic St Bart's Clocktower, damp course and drainage work at Upper Raymond's and the complete refitting and modernisation of several of our residential units

More recently, the Trust is currently working with West Berkshire Council and Newbury Town Council to improve the access and parking facilities at the Derby Road entrance to Upper Raymonds and St Mary's Almshouses.
