St Mary’s Almshouses

Built in the early 1970’s in the gardens of the Upper Raymond’s Almshouses, these two pairs of bungalows provided much needed modern replacements for the residents of the old Mary’s Hill Almshouses, located near Cheap Street which were demolished soon after.
